As founder and President of ARS Technologies, Inc., Mr. Liskowitz provides technical support to projects incorporating pneumatic fracturing and/or materials injection. Mr. Liskowitz is the industry’s leading expert in the commercial application of Pneumatic Fracturing and atomized material injection.

He possesses more than nineteen years of environmental engineering experience, of which fifteen years have been exclusively involved with pneumatic fracturing and related injection processes. His professional experience includes senior management and technical positions on more than 15 CERCLA and DOE remedial action projects where insitu technologies such as soil vapor extraction and air sparging were applied. Mr. Liskowitz is the lead inventor on the Feroxsm patent. He was the principal design engineer during the development of the first commercial pneumatic fracturing system and has presented and co-authored more than three dozen papers on Pneumatic Fracturing, and atomized material injection.
